Terms of Service
By using wadiftk, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.
1. Use of the service
We provide tools to match CVs with jobs in Saudi Arabia. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload and for using the service for lawful personal purposes.
2. Accounts
You must be of legal age to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term on the same payment method. All prices are in Saudi Riyal and include VAT. You can cancel auto-renewal from your billing page at any time.
4. Refund guarantee
You have 7 days from your first payment to request a full refund by contacting us. The guarantee does not apply to renewals beyond the refund window.
5. Intellectual property
Your CV and content remain yours. We own the platform and its software. Copying or reselling is prohibited.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. On deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Riyadh.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. What we collect
Email, name, phone number, city, the CV you upload, and a log of your activity on the platform.
2. How we use it
To match your CV to jobs, improve the service, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Who we share it with
Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Anthropic, Voyage AI, Moyasar) — only as needed to run the platform, under strict data-processing agreements.
4. Where data is stored
Core data lives on secured servers. Some data may be processed outside KSA by AI providers, and is not retained by them after processing.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can do this from account Settings or by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
